Unfortunately, it's very obvious that its owners ran out of money and are desperate to recover costs by charging guests for EVERYTHING-even if they never agreed to pay for them. Admittedly its upscale decor gives it tremendous potential to be a lively oasis of fun in the desert surrounding Las Vegas.
